Charging your Cube (USB-C)
Connect the charging cable to the USB-C port on the Cube.
The light next to the port will flash green, indicating it's charging.
When the Cube is fully charged, the light will turn solid green. About 3 hours to fully charge.
The USB-C port on the Cube is only used for charging. It won't power the Cube directly.
When the Cube is on, the light next to the port will turn blue.
Charging your Cube (Micro USB)
Connect the charging cable to the Micro USB port on the Cube.
The light next to the port will turn red, indicating it's charging.
When the Cube is fully charged, the light will turn blue/purple. About 3 hours to fully charge.
If the charging light starts flashing, please contact support.

How do I connect up to my Crackle Cube?
Download the Crackle Cube app for your mobile device or Crackle Show Creator on your PC.
Turn on your Crackle Cube.
Connect up your mobile device or computer to the CrackleCubeNetwork using password !Cr@ckle!Cube!
Make sure you have good connect strength and no errors. If you do, restart the Crackle Cube.
Run the Crackle Cube app or Crackle Show Creator. The software will automatically connect.
Programming a cue module to work with your Crackle Cube
Crackle Cube uses a specific range of codes. It may be necessary to program your cue modules to work with the Crackle Cube.
Follow the steps for connecting up to your Crackle Cube.
Go to the Manual Firing screen.
Set the Area field to the area you want to associate the cue module with.
Locate the programming button on your module. Usually very close to the power light.
With the module on, use a toothpick, etc to press and hold the programming button until the power light starts flashing.
In the software, press either 1, 5, or 9 to program your module to be a range of 1-4, 5-8, or 9-12.
Label your modules based on which Area and Cue Numbers are being used. Factory labels may no longer by correct based on how you've programmed the modules.

Updating the Crackle Cube firmware
Download and install the most recent version of Crackle Show Creator.
Run Crackle Show Creator and connect up to your Crackle Cube.
Select the Hardware option at the top of the screen.
Choose the Cubes List option.
Pick your Cube off the list and press Open.
The Crackle Cube Info screen will appear and will show the Version and New Version.
Press the Update Cube Firmware button, and confirm that you want to update your Crackle Cube.
A success message will appear when the firmware has been updated.
Close out of Crackle Show Creator and shut your Crackle Cube off and back on again.
Use the Hardware screen to confirm that the firmware is the latest.
Fixing errors when using Crackle Show Creator
Normally you should never see any issues using Crackle Show Creator, but there is always the potential that something has gone wrong. Use the following steps to try and clear up the issue:
Make sure you are completely out of Crackle Show Creator.
Delete the folder C:\Documents\Crackle Show Creator
Also delete the folder C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\Crackle_Cube,_LLC. Replace [your user name] with the proper user name. It's possible that the AppData folder is hidden. In that situation, put C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local in the top path bar in the Windows Explorer screen (where you navigate the files on your PC), and press Enter.
Launch Crackle Show Creator and enter in your credentials. After the initial sync, you should be back up and running.
